A fourth-generation Beloit native, Alyx started Sparkle Sisters after seeing firsthand how poorly local businesses were being served by out-of-town cleaning companies. She holds a degree in Economics and Finance from Lewis University and has spent most of her career in banking and finance. She works alongside the crew regularly, and clients have her number directly — no account manager in between.

Tristin Richards

Apparel Designer

Hi, my name is Tristin Richards, and I’m the apparel designer for our team. I specialize in creating custom clothing and branded merchandise that helps represent our company in a polished, professional, and creative way. With over 10 years of experience designing clothing and accessories, I take pride in combining style, quality, and attention to detail to help bring our brand to life.

With over 25 years of management experience and another 15 years in leadership roles, I've built my life around hard work, dedication, and high standards. As a proud wife to my husband Randy, mother to Alyx and Broddey, and grandmother to my grandson, family has always been at the center of everything I do. I believe in doing every job right the first time, paying attention to the details, and treating every home or business with respect.

Hi, I’m Autumn! I’m originally from Milwaukee and have a passion for all things beauty and creativity. I love experimenting with creative makeup looks and expressing myself through art and style. In my free time, you can usually find me curled up with a good book. I enjoy bringing positive energy, creativity, and attention to detail into everything I do and love being part of a team that helps others feel confident and cared for.

Natalja Tonione

Cleaning Specialist

Known to everyone as Scoot, she brings a strong work ethic, an exceptional eye for detail, and a positive attitude to everything she does. She attended college in St. Louis, where she earned her undergraduate degree, and spent another three years in the area with her siblings before returning home to the Stateline to be closer to her parents and grandmother.

With a background as a Veterinary Assistant, Scoot is no stranger to hard work, responsibility, and caring for others. She brings that same dedication to Sparkle Sisters, taking pride in the little details and making sure every customer is happy with their clean. Her reliability, attention to detail, and genuine care for others make her a wonderful addition to our team and our mission to make the Stateline sparkle.
